Llegué hace 20 años a Tulum, cuando apenas era un pequeño pueblo. Mi Familia, ya radica en Tulum, desde hace más de 40 años, son fundadores de Tulum y estoy familiarizado con el área desde que era pequeño y veníamos de vacaciones.

En todo este tiempo, me he dedicado a buscar tierras, aguas, cenotes, lagunas, y tierras con personalidad, terrenos hermosos, y con espíritu, muchos amigos me dicen Cenote Hunter, y es que en mis dias libres, lo que me encanta hacer, es ver en google Maps, algún cuerpo de agua, subirme a mi moto, y buscar en los ejidos, a los propietarios de las tierras que me llaman la atención, a veces les ofrezco comprarlas, a veces les ofrezco venderlas, en fin, lo que si hago, es encontrar pedazos de tierra que casi nadie tiene acceso.

Tambien, en 20 anos, he desarrollado y cultivado muchas amistades de muchos tipos en Tulum, desde los que hablan lenguas mayas, hasta los que hablan cualquier otro idioma, permitiéndome tener un mejor conocimiento del mercado inmobiliario en Tulum, aparte de conocer las tierras, conozco su historia.

Con gusto, puedo compartir un poco de mi experiencia en el área, avísame y nos tomamos un café.

Como referencia, Mi oficina estaba ubicada frente al ADO, la famosa oficina de maderitas ALL ABOUT TULUM, sin embargo apesar de ser una ubicación super estratégica, una de las enseñanzas que nos dejo la pandemia, es que el estar fijos en una oficina , ya no es negocio, y mejor prefiero estar aprovechando ese tiempo libre, buscando mas propiedades en mi moto, haciendo Kitesurfing o Kiteboarding en la playa o pasando mas tiempo de BBQ y piscina junto a mi hijo de 8 anos. avísame si quieres ir a darte una vuelta por Tulum!!!

As a reference, My office was located in front of the ADO, the famous ALL ABOUT TULUM wood office, however despite being a super strategic location, one of the lessons that the pandemic left us, is that being fixed in an office, already It is not a business, and I prefer to be taking advantage of that free time, looking for more properties on my motorcycle, doing Kitesurfing or Kiteboarding on the beach or spending more time with BBQ and swimming pool with my 5 year old son.
